 Hallamore Homes was established in 2001, by Troy and Judy Hallamore, after numerous combined years of experience being employed by well-known builders in all facets of the construction industry. Working as a team, their vision of quality, personalized client care and a dedication to a efficient process has allowed them to handcraft incredible homes while being consistently recognized as one of the area's most reputable builders. Consciously choosing to build only 2-3 homes a year they are dedicated to quality, individualized client care.
Troy graduated from San Diego State with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration with a comprehensive study in Construction Management and worked his way through the trades over the years. His on-site experience presented him the opportunity to lead in the development of several plats as the main superintendant which included, but was not limited to, scheduling and managing of subcontractors to maintain a high degree of quality, assisting in formulating marketing presentations for the builder and overseeing the complete project from permit issuance to final occupancy of every residence in the plat.
Judy brings a wealth of experience to the company with an extensive banking and financing background in both commercial lending and single family residence construction. Her in-depth knowledge allows her to focus on project pricing, contracts and financing packages. Judy's long time experience working with land use and the permitting process allows her to coordinate with the various building jurisdictions and architects as she assists each client individually with the design process and material selection to highlight unique attributes throughout the home.
Hallamore Homes is a turn-key, "hands on builder" providing you guidance through all phases of the home building experience. Troy and Judy can assist you in previewing sites to evaluate the property and placement of the home, develop the homesite specifically, collaborate with architectural and design firms, manage subcontractors and more, all while effectively communicating with you to ensure that your new home or renovation exceeds your greatest expectations.
As long-time Snoqualmie Valley residents Troy and Judy are proud to be an integral part of the community and are members of the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce. Troy and Judy regularly contribute to the area schools and various outreach programs as they feel it is important to give back to the community in which they live. In addition to Hallamore Homes, Troy and Judy also are the proprietors of Coffee Espresso in Snoqualmie where they are noted for their quality customer service and employment of local residents.
